• • Before going to MIT, Scott lived and worked in Baltimore, where he co-organized several artistic and activist initiatives including campbaltimore, Participation Park, The City from Below and STEW. 
  • His writing has appeared in Third Text, Critical Planning and The Journal of Aesthetics and Protest.
