Recipient of Penny Fox Internship Fellowship

As a research intern at SALT, a non-profit, interdisciplinary institution, I was able to contribute to the location, collection and interpretation of information within the scope of two up-coming exhibitions. My research work for SALT strengthened my own knowledge of alternative artistic productions within varying local, regional, and international 20th century political contexts. At SALT, I had access to an incredible number of resources and appreciated the facility’s dedication to public access, open archive, and thoughtful programming. SALT is a model of the socially relevant institution, and will inform the consciousness I intend to bring to my own practice.
