I was home-schooled in Wisconson, so everything is bigger than where I cam from. But Moore is a very intimate environment with a large network outside of it, people who are sisters, friends, advisers and collaborators. The smallness is a big thing. As individuals we stand out, we're heard. To me, Moore is more than a college; it's a family of artists growing together.

My time here has been remarkable. I've learned among many things, that anything is possible. I've put myself through school from the start. I was awarded the 2007 Von Hess Scholorship/Fellowship, which covered the cost of my senior year tuition and also includes a $5,000 travel fellowship.

Moore has me excited for whatever comes next. We're creating a lot of opportunities together.
