I chose to come to Moore because when I walked through the door on my first visit to the school, I felt like I was at home. The tight-knit community, interactivity between teachers and students, and the friendliness of everyone I met made it feel like the right fit for me. Now that I have been here for 3 years, I still feel the same way and enjoy knowing that not only am I getting a wonderful education, but that I have made friendships that will last a lifetime.

Another reason why I decided to come to Moore was because of its location in Center City, Philadelphia as well as the proximity to my home town. I grew up in a very rural area and being in Philadelphia is a refreshing change, being able to walk to the grocery store or park whenever I want to.

Interior Design Studio is my favorite class at Moore. I’ve had this course in four stages so far and I love being able to look back and see the progress that I’ve made. It gives me the ability to learn about designing in a way that will suit everyone and create a space that could easily come to life.

Currently, I am the Secretary of Moore’s Student Government, a member of the All Student Leaders group and the Emerging Leaders in the Arts Scholarship program.
