Knight Internship Fellowship Recipient 2009

Philagrafika was a great internship and an incredible experience. It was fantastic to be involved in the planning stages of Philagrafika 2010, an international festival of contemporary art focusing on printmaking. I am excited that the event will give Philadelphia the exposure it deserves.

It’s amazing to see the scope of this event being planned out by such a small organization. I worked with the program manager and artistic director, compiling mini-biographies of all the participating artists. It will be published in the event mini-guides and is currently on the website. I find it really satisfying to see the work that I did get published.
