(Philadelphia, PA) Philadelphia/Tri State Artists Equity has recognized artist and educator Moe Brooker for his artistic and educational achievements. Brooker will receive the 2010 Artists Equity Award on Sunday, May 23 at the Artists Equity Annual Business Meeting & Brunch in Philadelphia.
