Borrowing Privileges
The Library extends borrowing privileges to all current Moore faculty, staff, and students. Patrons must present a valid library card for all transactions. Library cards can be obtained at the Circulation Desk by completing an application and presenting a valid Moore I.D. Please refer to the Loan Periods / Overdue Fines / Fees schedule.
Continuing Education - CE faculty and students must present a valid library card for all transactions. Library cards can be obtained at the Circulation Desk by presenting a valid Moore I.D. and a completed library card application form. A brochure detailing library policies and services pertinent to the Continuing Education program is available here or in the Library. Please refer to the Loan Periods / Overdue Fines / Fees schedule.
Young Artist Workshop - YAW faculty are granted library-borrowing privileges on a course-by-course basis. Library cards can be obtained at the Circulation Desk by presenting a valid Moore I.D. and a completed library card application form. A brochure detailing library policies and services pertinent to the Young Artist Workshop program is available here or in the Library. Please refer to the Loan Periods / Overdue Fines / Fees schedule.
YAW students have access to the Library and its resources. However, they do not have borrowing privileges.
Alumnae – Alumnae have access to the Library and its extensive print and electronic resources.
