BFA Admissions

Congratulations on your decision to pursue an education in the arts, and thank you for your interest in Moore College of Art & Design. Founded in 1848 as the first school of design for women, Moore remains today the only women's college of visual arts in the United States. Moore is dedicated to educating women for careers and leadership roles in the visual arts, and is renowned for award-winning faculty, the rigor of both studio and academic courses, and accomplished alumnae who are leaders in their fields.

When you are ready, I encourage you to call our office to speak directly with your designated Admissions Counselor to discuss how Moore will address your needs as a future art student. We are here to answer any questions about the application process, your intended major and possible careers in the visual arts.
