Moore College of Art and Design

The Locks Career Center for Women in the Arts provides Moore students and alumnae with resume advice and career coaching, support in internship preparation, help with networking skills, assistance in job searches and access to additional valuable resources to ensure their professional development as artists and designers and enhance and improve their employment opportunities.

The experienced staff at the Locks Career Center understands the needs of visual artists and designers, and has detailed knowledge of the broad spectrum of professional opportunities available in these fields. By utilizing the Center, students and alumnae learn how to take advantage of transferable skills, successfully navigate career changes and develop positive strategies in addressing professional challenges.
