Moore provides a full array of services to give students the best opportunities for overall well-being and success.
The College meets students’ medical needs on site with its Health Services, which are available from 9 am to 3 pm daily and is staffed by a nurse. Over-the-counter health supplies, such as Band-aids, ice packs and cold relief medication, can be found in the self-serve station.
For physicians’ services, the College will refer to area physician offices. For counseling support, the Director of Counseling Services takes student appointments on site for 20 hours a week and can also refer students to outside therapists. Any charges incurred in outside counseling are the responsibility of the student.
